Boudoir + Pet Editorial Portraits

The CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THIS IS A GENERAL WAIVER AND A DETAILED WRITTEN CONTRACT WILL BE EMAILED WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE. The service provided is an editorial photography session between Photographer and Client and his/her pet(s). This service includes a 1-3 hour photo shoot and between 10 -20 professional digital edits depending on pet temperament. Additional products will incur additional fees. The Client shall make a payment of $500.00 for the Photographer to perform the services specified above. Upon a non-refundable deposit of $250.00, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. The Client agrees that this payment is earned by the Photographer when paid, and is remitted in consideration of the experience, reputation, skill of the Photographer, and in consideration of the inability of the Photographer to schedule other clients during this time. You must pay the full amount at the signing of the agreement. This payment is nonrefundable. The CLIENT understands they are soley responsible for pet(s) and their safety. The CLIENT and their pet(s) safety and comfortability are my main concern. The CLIENT hereby grants to Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client and Client’s pet or in which the Client’s pet may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
